This is a vintage silver tone ladies' Masonic Order of the Eastern Star (OES) or Shriner's rhinestone star and crescent moon brooch, possibly from the 50s.
The design features the Shriner's emblem, which includes a scimitar (sword) and crescent moon, set within a five-pointed star. Some gemstones missing, a couple loose in the box.
